As a Perimenopausal or Menopausal Woman, it can be very challenging to maintain strength and a healthy weight while also trying to balance mood and energy.  No two women experience this phase the same.  My programs are designed to help you feel your best during this transitional time while also taking your individual needs and life situation in mind. With my expert guidance, you can achieve optimal health and wellness.

How it works:

When we first meet, I will conduct a fitness assessment that covers health and exercise history.  Following that, I'll look at your posture, flexibility, strength and mobility.  Once I have all this information, i'll be able to put a program together based on your goals.   The following times we meet, we'll run through the program and modify as necessary.  

In home Sessions:

I will come to you!  Workout in the privacy and comfort of your own home.  If you don't have equipment, no need to worry: I will bring some simple equipment and work with what you have around the house...think stairs, floor and chairs.  In person/at home sessions allow me to give hands on corrections and are especially beneficial for those new to exercise.

Pricing:

Fitness Assessment: $120 
1-on-1 In Home Session: $105 
1-on-1 Virtual Session: $80 

In Home 10-Pack: $950 
Virtual 10-Pack: $700 
all prices are plus HST

Virtual Sessions

Grab your computer and lets get to work.  Train with me from anywhere!  Virtual Sessions are great for those who are not comfortable having a trainer come in to their home or those who travel often.
