Join me weekly for fitness classes in the comfort of your own home

ELDOA + Core

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:15-10am

ELDOA is a series of postural exercises that uses fascial stretching to create space between the spinal discs so that the spine can become more functional and healthier.  This class mixes ELDOA postures with core work for a full body workout suitable to all levels

Cardio Strength HIIT

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9:30-10am

This 30 min HIIT style class combines cardio and resistance training intervals with brief rest periods to train endurance, increase strength, build bone density and elevate the mood.  Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and Hi/Lo options will be given.  

Gentle Fitness

Mondays and Thursdays
10:15-11:00am

This Low impact full body workout combines fun cardio combos, resistance training, balance, mobility and Core work on the mat or chair.  This class is suitable for seniors,  beginner exercisers and those recovering from an injury.  Options for different levels will be given.
